Family.

I missed out on a crud load of fun this weekend but it was oh so worth it. I got to see my mom and sister and it was literally the best thing in the world. If you want to know what missing your family feels like, live 6 hours away with no car. If I didn't love this place so much I would be much closer to home. When I heard the doorbell ring, I sprinted to grab it and instantly I started crying like a baby. I love my family. We all get along so well and I'm so blessed.

I showed them around my apartment, we got some of my things together, and headed to one of my mom's friend's houses to sleep. Nat & I stayed up late talking about all sorts of things. Oh how I've missed her. Then we woke up, got me some food-- which I was in desperate need of, and headed to find my mom running the Top of Utah Marathon. We saw her at the 24.5 mark and I think it was just a really emotional weekend because I cried when I saw her running past and when I saw her finish. I MISSED HER SO MUCH. So much. Anyways, we had loads of fun. Oh and she got 3rd in her age division, ran it at 3:45 and qualified for Boston. She's one of those crazy running ladies. You know what I'm talking about. 

We went back to shower and then we went to costa vida and ate food. Then they dropped me off before they left so I could clean these people's office and I couldn't even hold in the tears. It's so hard to say bye!

Family is so great. Don't ever take it for granted. I hope when I'm old and married with little darlings and handsomes that we will be as close as my family. Miss them heaps.
